Shipping policy

Order

All prices in our online store include VAT. Upon purchase, you will immediately receive a VAT invoice issued in your name. You can easily order all our products through the webshop and pay securely with iDEAL | WERO, Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna, Google/Apple Pay, or in advance by Bank Transfer. In Belgium, customers can also use Bancontact.

How to order via our website? You can easily place your order online. Unfortunately, it is not possible to place orders by telephone.

Follow these steps to place an order:

  • Place the desired product in your shopping cart.
  • Click Order to proceed to checkout.
  • Enter your details so that we can ship your order.
  • Choose the desired carrier from the available options.
  • Select your payment method and check your details.
  • Place the final order. Thank you in advance for your order!

Delivery the next working day * If you place an order before 17:00 on working days, we will do everything we can to ship the product the same day. To be sure, always check the status of the product itself; you will see a green indicator at the top of the product page if the product is in stock.

The delivery times of our carriers (Postnl, Fedex) after dispatch:

  • NL-BE-FR-DE = 1 working day
  • other countries in the EU = 2-4 working days

In exceptional cases, we also use DPD and UPS to prevent delays for our customers in the event of possible delays with the other providers

Please note: During busy holiday periods, we may ship your order on time, but the carrier may be unable to handle the volume, causing delivery to be delayed. By the way, did you know that 98% of our orders are delivered properly the next day?

Confirmation email As soon as we have received your order, you will automatically receive confirmation by email. During the ordering process, you may choose to create an account (this is not mandatory). With an account, you can easily track the status of your current order and view previous orders.

Product temporarily out of stock If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you by email and immediately discuss the possible solutions for your order.

Shipping

  • Netherlands and Belgium: Standard shipping and returns are free for orders from € 99,- (including delivery options via PostNL). For orders under € 99,-, we charge € 9,90 shipping costs. On the day of dispatch, you will receive a track & trace number by email. Orders placed before 17:00 will be delivered the next working day (or on Saturday via PostNL).

  • France and Germany: Shipping is carried out via FedEx Express (delivery time 1-3 working days). Shipping costs are € 20,- for orders up to € 450,-. Above that amount, shipping is free.

  • Other EU countries: For all other countries within the EU, shipping is also carried out via FedEx Express (€ 25,- for orders up to € 450,-, free above that amount).

Failed delivery: If the first delivery attempt fails, a second attempt will be made. If delivery is still unsuccessful, your order will be delivered to a collection point (such as a parcel point) near you.

Ordering without VAT from the EU Please note for business customers: Are you established outside the Netherlands but within the EU (for example, in Belgium, Germany, France, etc.)? It is possible to deliver intra-Community (without VAT). Click  here for instructions .
